Besides sports and nature the region Serfaus offers a wide cultural variety:
Castles from the 14th century in Ladis, Nauders, Kauns and more to the Museum of Music in Feichten, the Archeological Museum in Fliess, the Mountain Film Festival in St. Anton or to the old roman road Via Claudia Augusta. The Kulturspur (cultural trail) leads to Italy and Switzerland.

One of the oldest pilgrimage churches of Tyrol is located in Serfaus.
